We pride ourselves in ensuring that we deliver nothing but top-notch quality to all our customers as such we do not accept returns of confirmed orders from our customers but exceptions are made for orders that are wrongly delivered (where as a staff of ours sends a wrong product to our customer, we would accept a return).
